Provider Terms

The agreement between AWN and the businesses that deliver recovery, tyre and battery services through the platform.

Last updated: 29 September 2026

1.Scope

These terms are an agreement between AWN Mobility Technologies (demo entity) ("AWN") and the business registered as a service provider ("Provider"), read together with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. By submitting a registration, the person registering confirms they are authorised to accept these terms for the business.

2.Eligibility and verification

  • The Provider must be a business licensed in the UAE and hold the permits its activity requires.
  • The Provider uploads the documents required for each service, as shown during registration — for example trade licence, insurance, recovery permits, vehicle registration and insurance, and drivers' licences — and keeps them valid.
  • When a document expires, the account, vehicle or driver may be paused until a valid one is uploaded. AWN may verify documents with the issuing authorities.

3.Team and drivers

The Provider is responsible for its staff and drivers. Every driver must hold a valid licence, be trained and behave professionally. The Provider keeps its team's sign-in details secure and sets their permissions in Settings.

4.Accepting and performing jobs

  • Accept offers within the time shown in the app (currently 30 seconds); otherwise the offer moves to another provider.
  • After accepting, arrive within a reasonable time and update the job in the app (on the way, arrived, picked up, heading to destination, completed) so the customer can follow it.
  • Handle vehicles with care and follow UAE traffic, recovery and safety rules.

5.Prices

The Provider sets its prices within the platform's pricing framework; prices include VAT. The quote the customer accepted is binding — waiting or extra charges apply only as shown in that quote. No cash may be collected outside the app for AWN orders.

6.Commission

AWN charges a commission on each completed order. The commission and the Provider's earnings are shown on every order in the provider portal.

  • Current rates: Recovery: 15% · Tyres: 15% · Batteries: 20%

We give at least 30 days' notice of any change to commission.

7.Payments and payouts

  • Customers pay through AWN's payment partner.
  • When an order is completed, the Provider's share (order value less commission and any fees) is added to its AWN wallet.
  • Earnings become available 2 days after completion. The Provider requests a payout from Earnings; AWN reviews it and transfers it to the registered IBAN.
  • Customer refunds and chargebacks caused by the Provider are deducted from earnings.
  • To change the bank account, contact AWN — payouts go to a new account only after it has been verified.

8.Products and inventory

Tyre and battery providers keep product details accurate (brand, size, manufacturing year, warranty) and sell genuine, new products unless stated otherwise. Keep stock up to date — orders reserve stock automatically. The manufacturer's warranty must be honoured.

9.Customer data

Use customer details only to complete the job. Don't contact customers for anything else or invite them to deal off the platform. Keep information confidential and comply with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.

10.Quality and ratings

Ratings, acceptance rate and cancellation rate affect a Provider's ranking. AWN may warn, suspend or remove a Provider for poor performance, safety concerns, fraud or expired documents.

11.Insurance and liability

The Provider keeps business liability and vehicle insurance in force, is responsible for damage caused during a job and cooperates with claims. The Provider indemnifies AWN against claims arising from its negligence or breach of these terms.

12.Term and termination

Either party may end this agreement with 14 days' notice. AWN may suspend immediately for serious breaches. Outstanding earnings are paid after deducting any amounts owed to AWN.

13.Governing law

These terms are governed by UAE law, and the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over any dispute.
